Which one for Shorts, TikTok and Reels?
If you edit in CapCut or on your phone, templates for Premiere and After Effects are of little use, so Epidemic is the better value. If you cut Shorts in Premiere Pro and want animated titles, transitions and music from one subscription, Motion Array covers more of the edit. Epidemic's FAQ says all its plans include copyright protection for publishing.
