Do not confuse Speechify Premium with Studio
Speechify Premium at $29 a month is for listening to text. It is not the product that exports voiceovers for your videos. For Shorts, the plan you want is Speechify Studio, and the free Studio tier has no commercial rights, so do not post its audio on a monetized channel.
