What the licenses say about YouTube and TikTok
Artlist: both Social and Pro cover YouTube and TikTok. Social covers one personal channel per platform and no paid ads. Pro lets you monetize up to 3 channels per platform. You add your channels to a clearlist in your account. Channels not on the list can get claims, and Artlist says you will not be paid back for lost revenue. You may not register the music in YouTube's Content ID.
Soundstripe: its creator page says you can use the music on YouTube, TikTok and all major social media, as long as it matches your plan. Personal gets monetization and clearance for one YouTube channel. If your content is commercial, for clients, or monetized, Soundstripe says you need Pro, Business or Enterprise.
