ChatGPT is a standalone assistant: free, $8/month for Go or $20/month for Plus. Notion AI is the AI inside Notion; full access comes with the Business plan at $20/member/month, while Free and Plus get a limited trial. If you already plan your videos in Notion, Notion AI works on your own notes. If not, ChatGPT is the cheaper start.

Quick verdict

Choose ChatGPT for brainstorming, scripts and captions without changing how you organize work.
Choose Notion AI if your content calendar, scripts and sponsor notes already live in Notion.
Use both if you draft in ChatGPT and store finished scripts in Notion.

Which one for a Shorts and TikTok workflow?

A daily-posting creator needs ideas, scripts and a calendar. In Notion, the agent can autofill a content database, for example tagging each idea by platform or status. In ChatGPT, you get the drafts but must copy them into your planner. Both cost about $20 a month for one person on the paid tier.
