What to check
- Free output size. remove.bg's free download was 666x375 from our 1280x720 photo, about half size. Clipdrop's free mode shrank the same 1280x720 frame to 1024x576 before cutting it out. Both are smaller than the 1280x720 source, so a full-size thumbnail needs a paid download or upscaling.
- Edge quality. remove.bg gave clean edges on bodies and clothes in our test, but fine hair came out as a smooth shape rather than single strands.
