How much does TikTok pay per 1,000 views? (2026)
Tools in this answer
Short answer: about $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views. That is roughly $400 to $1,000 per 1 million qualified views under the TikTok Creator Rewards Program. TikTok doesn't publish its rates, so these are third-party estimates. Only videos at least 1 minute long earn, and only qualified views count. Your total views will usually pay less than these numbers suggest.
These are third-party estimates from Influencer Marketing Hub (October 2026), not TikTok figures. Use our TikTok money calculator for your own numbers.
Estimated TikTok pay by views
| Qualified views | At $0.40 per 1,000 | At $1.00 per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $0.40 | $1 |
| 10,000 | $4 | $10 |
| 100,000 | $40 | $100 |
| 1,000,000 | $400 | $1,000 |
| 10,000,000 | $4,000 | $10,000 |
Under the EEA terms, a video must reach at least 1,000 qualified views before it earns anything.
What counts as a qualified view
- 5 seconds or more: the EEA terms say a qualified view is one a user watches for five seconds or more.
- Unique For You views: repeat views from the same account count once per video.
- Real views only: fraudulent, paid, promoted and artificial views do not count. Neither do views from people who marked the video "not interested."
- The right kind of video: original, public and at least 1 minute long. Under the EEA terms, Duets, Stitches, Photo Mode posts, ads and sponsored content do not earn.
TikTok says rewards depend on originality, play duration, search value and audience engagement. So two videos with the same views can pay different amounts.
Creator Rewards Program vs the old Creator Fund
| Detail | Creator Rewards Program (now) | Creator Fund (old) |
|---|---|---|
| Estimated pay per 1,000 views | $0.40 to $1.00 (qualified views) | $0.02 to $0.04 |
| Estimated pay per 1M views | $400 to $1,000 (qualified views) | $20 to $40 |
| Video length | At least 1 minute | Any |
| How pay is set | Formula weighing originality, play duration, search value and engagement | Fixed pool split across all eligible views |
The Creator Fund paid from a fixed pool, so pay per view fell as more creators joined. It was replaced by the Creativity Program Beta. In March 2024, TikTok moved that program out of beta as the Creator Rewards Program. Articles that quote 2 to 4 cents per 1,000 views describe the old fund, not the current program.
TikTok pay by country
TikTok doesn't publish per-country rates. The $0.40 to $1.00 estimate isn't split by country either, so we don't give a separate number for any country. Where you live mainly decides whether you can join at all, so the table shows that instead. TikTok's terms say the program is available only in selected countries.
| Country | Can you join? |
|---|---|
| United States | Yes. TikTok's US terms cover the program in the United States |

| Australia | Not listed on the pages we checked. Check Creator tools in the app |
| Nigeria | Not listed on the pages we checked. Check Creator tools in the app |

If you see a precise TikTok rate for one country, it comes from a third party, not from TikTok. For the full list of rules, see TikTok Creator Rewards Program requirements.
Who can earn
You need to be 18 or older, with 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days. You also need a personal account in good standing, in a place where the program is available. Business accounts can't join. If the program doesn't show up for you, read why you might not be eligible for TikTok Creator Rewards.
