Adapt the final details for each destination.
Keep a clean master
Export a version without platform-specific overlays so it can be reused appropriately. Check that music and asset licenses cover each destination.
Review each crop
Check the subject, captions and on-screen graphics in the platform’s preview. Interface overlays can obscure content near the edges.
Adapt the context
Write a title and description that make sense on that platform. Confirm account permissions and any publishing limits in your scheduling tool.
Verify the post
After publishing, check playback, captions, audio and the intended account. Keep a record of what was published and any follow-up fixes.
